  Course Description: This course provides a general overview of the following topics: Introduction features to the CFS environment, managing budget and expenses using reports, inquiry and queries on the State side. Introduction to key reports for financial oversight. The course focuses on State accounts rather than both FDN(foundation) and State. For Foundation Accounts, see 'Recommended'.

  User: New Users who have departmental budget responsibility.

  Recommended: State Budget users. Note: For Foundation Accounts, it is recommended to take Financials for Grant Managers CFS327 or equivalent(CFS92P2430).

  Course Description: This course will address Fund structure and reporting for Gift, Scholarship and Endowment funds in the Philanthropic (SBPHL) Business Unit. Data Warehouse P2 reports are used for this class.

  User: Existing Finance users with Financial responsibility for Philanthropic Gift, Scholarship and Endowment funds for their department.

  Recommended: Existing Finance users needing to know how to set up and use the data warehouse reports to determine current balance and view transactions in departmental Gift/Scholarship/Endowment accounts
  Prerequisite: Users must currently have access to PS FIN and have Financial responsibility for Philanthropic Gift, Scholarship, and/or Endowment funds for their department.
